1.) We accept bookings by fax, telephone, email or online and are subject to the following terms and conditions, if you have any questions regarding the following conditions please feel free to contact us.
2.) Payment of deposit and/or receipt of room key (s) will constitute an acceptance of the following terms conditions.
3.) The following terms apply to all bookings accepted by us.
4.) Persons can only make bookings over the age of 18yrs, this person will be deemed responsible for their party and all members therein. The booking is valid only for those named at the time of the booking and may not be transferred or re-sold.
5.) We do not accept ‘Stag’ or ‘Hen’ groups or similar. If upon arrival it is found that you fit this category then your booking will not be honoured then our cancellation policy will apply.
6.) Bookings are accepted only upon receipt of a deposit, which consists of the cost of the first night for each room booked. Failure to place a deposit or any delay in our receiving such deposit may result in the booking being insecure or unavailable.
7.) 36hrs hours notice is required for any cancellation, modification or shortening of said booking, less than 48hrs and deposits are non refundable.
8.) Deposits for on-line bookings are non refundable due to admin charges made to us by the respective Booking Agents
9.) You are advised to acquire travel insurance against cancellation.
10.) Modifications may be made to your booking however additional charges may be incurred.
11.) Beechwood Guest House operates a complete non-smoking policy throughout the entire guesthouse, this includes bedrooms. Failure to comply to this policy may result in your being told to leave immediately.
12.) Check-in is available between 2pm and 10pm; an arrival time would be very helpful.
13.) Check out time is 10am this is to allow time for cleaning staff to prepare the room for the next occupants, any later than this time then a further nights payment will be due.
14.) We ask that whilst you are a guest at the Beechwood Guest House your behaviour is not offensive, dangerous or noisy especially after 10pm infringement of this rule will result in your being asked to leave and/or seek police involvement. In such circumstances no refund or compensation will be given.
15.) Sorry but we do not accept animals which include dogs or cats.
16.) No offensive weapons of any type may be brought onto the premises including fireworks.
17.) We ask that you treat the premises and its contents with respect any damage, soiled bedding or loss will be charged for.
18.) All Keys should be carefully looked after during your stay and handed back on your final departure; replacement lock and keys may be charged for.
19.) 24hr Closed circuit television is in operation and recorded onto hard drive.
20.) WI-FI is available to guests.
21.) We reserve the right to enter your room during your stay for the purposes of maintenance, repairs, security, housekeeping and inspection.
