We are located three minutes away form the town centre and one minute away from beaches and parks.
There are various restaurants and takeaways within the same street.
The night life is very good here and we are within walking distance of it.
The nearest bus stop is only 100 yards away; also the main bus depot and the metro are only about one mile away.
There are several local taxi companies; we can make booking in advance for you.

Please advise us of your anticipated arrival time, so that we can be sure we are here to welcome you.
To ensure your accommodation is ready we ask that guest arrive after 2pm, earlier arrival may however be possible by arrangement.
Parking is on the Level Street in front of the main door.
We offer assistance with the luggage.

The hall way leads into the guest dinning room. There are two small steps into the dining room.
We have six guest bedrooms which are on different levels (please see section “Bedrooms” for more information).
There is a half landing shower and toilet that can be made available to guest during the day/ evening.
The guest house is centrally heated through out but temperatures can be adjusted in each room to suit individual requirements.

All the bedrooms are situated upstairs.
There are en-suite facilities in all our rooms consisting of a shower, WC and wash basin.
Tea and coffee facility are provided in all rooms.
We also provide a hair dryer, an iron, sewing materials and a basic first aid kit on request.
There is a wardrobe and drawers in each room.
There is a chair in all rooms apart from our small room which have folding chair.
Our beds are made with anti allergy synthetic duvets and pillows.
There is a folder in each bedroom which contains further information about the guest house and details of useful contacts including local hospital.
All our rooms have digital TV receivers allowing you to watch what you like at a press of a button.

Bedroom 6 (Single)
This room has a 3 foot single bed with access from one side.
Smoking is not aloud in this room.

There are another 4, seven inch high steps to the first floor landing.

Bedroom 1 (Superior single)
This room has a 4 ft 6 inch double bed with access from one side.
Smoking is not allowed in this room.
There is also a fridge available in this room.

Bedroom 2 (Superior Single)
This room has a 4ft 6 inch double bed with access from one side.
Smoking is not allowed in this room.
There is a mini fridge available in this room.

Bedroom 3 (Double Room)
Can provide either two 3 foot single beds or one 6 foot super king size bed, which could be accessed from both sides.
Smoking is not allowed in this room.
There is also a fridge available in this room.

There are another 16, seven inch high stairs to the second floor.

Bedroom 4 (Superior Double)
There is one 4ft 6 inch double bed with access from both sides, one 3foot single bed with access from one side and one 3ft short single bed (5ft 2 inches long) with access from one side in this room.
Smoking is not aloud in this room.
There is also a fridge available in this room.

Bedroom 5 (Single Executive)
This room has a 4ft three quarter bed with access from one side.
Smoking is not aloud in this room
There is also a fridge available in this room.

In the event of a fire the fire alarm will go off. Please advise us if you have a hearing impairment and might not hear this.
The building can be evacuated via the front door or through the dinning room to the back door.
